Each year the Chapter has a beefsteak dinner to raise some funds and have some fun. Baskingers supplies the food (all you can eat) and everyone else provides the fun. A per person donation of $35. entitles you to an all you can eat beefsteak dinner, dessert, unlimited beer and soda. Enjoy the music of our DJ and get a chance to win some great door prizes. Our Chapter's Youst Award is presented at the beefsteak. The award is given to the BKNJ2 member that best exemplifies what a Blue Knight member should be. This award is given annually in honor of a Heaven One member, James Youst
