Each year the Chapter has a beefsteak dinner to raise some funds and have some fun. Giresi's of Lodi will be supplying the food (all you can eat) and everyone else provides the fun. The lineup includes fresh fruit platters,
relish tray, penne pasta appetizer, filet mignon, waffle fries, ice cream roll cake, coffee, tea, soda. Unlimted soda and beer and the bar at the VFW will be open to purchase anything a little more powerful

Our Chapter's Youst Award is presented at the beefsteak. The award is given to the BKNJ2 member that best exemplifies what a Blue Knight member should be. The 2011 winner is Bill Reilly
